1. Acceptance of Terms

Crack.info provides professional cryptocurrency wallet recovery services, including password recovery, seed phrase reconstruction, keystore decryption, private key extraction, and damaged-device data recovery. The Service is offered on a best-effort basis; recovery cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

3. Eligibility & Lawful Ownership

You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of any wallet, file, device, or data submitted to us, or that you have explicit authorization from the owner. We reserve the right to refuse any case we suspect involves unlawful activity, fraud, or unauthorized access.

4. Fees & Payment ('No Success, No Fee')

Most cases are billed on a success-fee basis: you pay nothing unless we successfully recover access. Our standard fee ranges from 10% to 20% of the recovered value, depending on case complexity. Specific terms, including rush fees for expedited cases, are disclosed in writing before any work begins. No upfront payment is required for standard cases.

5. Confidentiality (NDA)

All client data is handled under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. We process data in isolated, air-gapped environments and permanently delete all client materials after the case is closed. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information necessary to perform the recovery, including wallet type, available files, and any password hints you recall. You are solely responsible for securing the recovered wallet after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crack.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or cryptocurrency value fluctuations. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for that case.

8. No Guarantee of Recovery

Cryptographic recovery is probabilistic. While we use advanced techniques and specialized hardware, certain cases may be technically infeasible. In such cases, no fee is charged, and we provide a written report of attempted methods.

9. Prohibited Use

The Service may not be used to access wallets, devices, or data you do not own or are not authorized to access. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, scripts, methodologies, and reports created by Crack.info remain our exclusive intellectual property. You receive only the recovered wallet access and associated deliverables.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international commercial arbitration rules. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration.
